一般发病大多是双侧  这一例比较特殊

在鼓膜的下方做一个半环型切口，注意耳朵里大量的半固体脓肿。

对伤口的内外进行仔细的冲洗

最后，你要是弄的到生物胶最好，可以把伤口粘起来。要是没有，创可贴也可以帮助他保护伤口。

口服大量抗生素，注意消炎。

考虑到伤口比较大以及消毒，感染等问题，如果你的爱龟得了这种病的话，最好去找专业的医生治疗。可是宠物医院的医生大都没接触过龟，所以很可能不肯替你的爱龟做这样的治疗。

在北京，一户人家中，一只巴西得了这病，还是双侧，结果主人还说好看，是三头龟，让电视台来摄像，后来自己也有点犹豫，就去医院看了，手术过程与你介绍一样。但水龟要注意干养。
