The Study On The Whole Artificial Cultural Technologies Of The Percocypris Pingi Pingi (Tchang)
Abstract
Percocypris pingi pingi (Tchang), which is regarded as the most important economic carp at the down section under Jinsha in Changjiang river and its branch river, is getting the important species resource in the inland water areas to develop and make use of , because of its rapid growth ,rare and delicious meat ,containing high meat rate with high economic value, quite good bright cultural future, but the amount of the species is lowering from year to year , the captured Percocypris pingi pingi (Tchang) are getting smaller and smaller .and even disappear in some river section because it sells in high price, the capturing strength is increasing greatly, moreover , some water power station is being developed in some water section.
The carp cultural technologies refer to culturing the wild species under surroundings controlled by man so that the amount of the species can be increased and better adjusted to the new surroundings to obtain the dual aims : social effects and economic effects. Since 2003, the author has investigated Percocypris pingi pingi (Tchang) outdoors, it has spent 8 years figuring out the natural condition of its distribution, growth, taming and culturing them in the moved place, and finally has gotten success.
The article deal with designing a series of the whole artificial cultural avenues from the wild carp collection to the mature by its distribution and biological document statements. Adopting cultural models to move and culture, the ways to move ,culture and tame the carp have been found out . Having done the cultural models and carp food experiment in process of parents carp culture , the author has discovered the different size cultural ways to give small poly- fish as its food under the flowing water . During the artificial propagation experiments, HCG、LRH-A DOM are used. The research shows that the mixture of HCG and LRH-A would be more effective ,among them LRH-A:0.1mg/kg,HCG:1000-5000单位/kg using psychological salty water, each body weight over 2kg can be injected by 1ml or less than 1ml, each body weight below 2kg can injected by 0.5ml.
If they are male , the one –third dose can be used or can not be used according to its growth. By artificial dry fertilization ,static water or flowing water hatch, the different effective time is designed to promote production and make the fry come out from the eggs under the different temperature . Throughout several –year cultural practice, the way to culture the fry of Percocypris has already been obtained , the influence on the fry under the different temperature has been designed, the body length and the weight of the fry increase the biggest absolutely under 23℃, when they are under 28℃, they would get dead within several days . the highest temperature can be 31℃. The mature culture has be done in comparative way, and the body average weight of the fry can be 900g after one-year culture.
The key technical index on the whole artificial cultural technologies in the article have been summarized in order to get productive and applied the targets. The different areas and cultural models can be chosen to widespread the famous and special carp product and have the deep foundation in the future. Especially when studying ,to lower cost , lessen loss, attention was paid to prevent diseases using the lime water ,the good results have been gotten while the existed problems in the various steps have been explored and analyzed.
