DIY——鱼缸篇（上柜子了，补充一条操作要点）

<p>侧面玻璃只要底边留8+3mm，侧边留3mm即可。对比下3面的美纹纸边距</p>

<p>先粘侧面和底面，先在侧面玻璃打胶<br/></p>

<p>底面玻璃打胶，胶条最好均匀整齐，多一点没关系，这样靠上去的时候胶缝不容易产生气泡（我胶嘴切小了点，又比较兴奋，胶打得乱七八糟，呵呵）<br/>--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</p>

<p>两侧面都好了，靠上去，胶被挤出来了，不要紧。这时注意，胶缝里别有气泡。拿东西靠住，有帮手最好</p>

<p>由于没人帮忙，正面玻璃靠上去的时候比较狼狈，最好是侧面玻璃垂直的，一次性靠上去。所幸胶打得厚，胶缝里没有气泡</p>

<p>还好还好，背面玻璃靠上来的时候玻璃有些移位，下面有点点小气泡，不要紧，我们开始抹胶大法伺候。</p>
<p>我是直接上手，用你的指肚沿着胶缝抹一遍，一方面把多余的胶压进胶缝，抹掉多余的胶，一方面能使胶缝看上去平滑。最好，胶缝正好跟美纹纸预留的宽度差不多或者小一点，多了在剥美纹纸的时候容易将胶条拉得毛掉，不平滑了——我已经失误了：（</p>

<p>全部抹好，检查一遍，别有气泡，有就补点胶，再抹一下，把泡泡挤出去<br/></p>

<p>跟上面张对比下，这张是偏振镜没起作用的时候拍的，反光很强吧</p>

<p>抹胶，抹胶。没有气泡，看上去像没有胶一样，哈哈哈。这张能看出磨边的效果。</p>
<p>之所以采用边包底、长边包短边的方式，就是要让鱼缸正面看上去是一整块玻璃。</p>

<p>我抹的时候胶留多了，现在缝不够整齐平滑，只能等胶干了之后用美工刀修补下了。</p>
<p>--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br/>今天的工作就算完成了，把缸推到边上不当路的地方放着，等它干吧。一般2天外面的就差不多了，用美工刀直接割掉缸外面的残胶就行。</p>

<p>哎呀，刚刚居然跳了一楼……（我又改回来了，嘿嘿）</p>
<p>那就补充点：</p>
<p>1、剥美纹纸一定要在胶没干之前剥，不然把胶条都带起来了。</p>
<p>2、抹胶的时候，可以手上蘸点洗洁精水，磨出来的胶缝会油光锃亮，而且手上的胶也容易洗掉。</p>
<p>3、一定要在通风良好的环境作业，大板胶、酸性胶酸味很重，很刺鼻刺眼。</p>
<p>4、我是直接垫在一块大KT板上做的，粘完直接裁掉，缸底垫层也解决了，可惜，还要搬上柜子，有条件尽量原地施工。</p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">5、打好胶粘好玻璃后，最好用美纹纸在转角处横向贴住两块靠在一起的玻璃，上下各贴一条，这样玻璃不容易移位，减少气泡产生，贴好再剥里面的美纹纸，到胶干了之后再把外面的美纹纸剥掉</font></p>
