<p><strong>画稿溪自然保护区位于四川泸州叙永县水尾镇南2公里处，风景秀丽，植物类型丰富，有大量侏罗纪时代的桫椤树和大片竹海，盛产竹制品。沿溪有大量瀑布群，山中常有山猴出没。画稿溪徒步线路较多，典型的有：二十四道拐、猫鼻梁、穿越黄荆林场等。适合成渝两地周末休闲徒步。</strong></p>
<p><strong>行：</strong></p>
<p><strong>1、（重庆出发）周五下午17：45，菜园坝汽车站出发到叙永，时间5个小时左右，夜宿叙永，车费70元；第二天晨早出发坐车到水尾，时间1个半小时，车费8元；在水尾打摩的到画稿溪，车费4元。</strong></p>
<p><strong>2、包车前往或自驾前往，建议周五晚上走，大概5小时到水尾，住画稿溪</strong></p>
<p><strong>住：推荐画稿溪魏二哥家，可住也可吃饭；他家地方大，有三层楼，床也比较干净还是双人床，10元/床；同时在他家可以打地铺，不用花钱，门前的水泥坝和楼顶都可以扎营。电话：0830-6655613</strong></p>
<p><strong>吃：</strong></p>
<p><strong>在画稿溪，如果是春夏之季，可以吃到很多竹笋！当然还有很多野味和很美味的豆花！</strong></p>
<p><strong>推荐线路：</strong></p>
<p><strong>1、二十四道拐：从大门进去，沿公路漫步，两小时的路程将看到沿画稿溪两岸美丽的景色和瀑布，瀑布多的容易让人审美疲劳，但在疲劳的时候会给你惊喜——穿过两个瀑布！！！原路返回；如果不原路返回，大概徒步6小时，可以穿越到黄荆林场。</strong></p>
<p><strong>2、猫鼻梁：从大门进去20米，有一左手边小路上山，沿途穿过竹林和桫椤林，路面湿滑有青苔，行走必须非常小心。景色主要是桫椤林、瀑布和对面山上的猴子。从门口到猫鼻梁大概1个半小时，从帽鼻梁再往上登台阶往右边，通过一片竹林到达小嘴子，这里有两家农家可以歇脚，但吃不到饭，从此地原路返回。</strong></p>
<p><strong>3、黑龙潭瀑布：从快到画稿溪的沟口上去10分钟就到了，风景不错，旁边有一小佛龛</strong></p>
<p><strong>户外提示：</strong></p>
<p><strong>1、画稿溪徒步强烈推荐装备：解放胶鞋、长柄雨伞！！！由于猫鼻梁路面太滑，一般户外鞋底过硬；同时二十四道拐的瀑布要涉水，所以建议带胶鞋。伞的好处是既可以挡瀑布的水还可以当登山杖！</strong></p>
<p><strong>2、徒步猫鼻梁有很多地方是草丛，建议着长袖长裤带帽子，带风油精和蛇药</strong></p>
<p><strong>3、带上泳衣和钓鱼竿，可以FB哦！！！</strong></p>
