[求助]前天去野采的斗鱼

前天去采的鱼　捞上来两只斗一大一小　一只旁皮　两只食蚊鱼～　大点的斗已经开始在发色了胸针断掉了￣　小的只比食蚊鱼大点～貌似生病了　嘴巴下方有块隆起的包　不知道是什么病　大家帮忙看看
